Home For factories

You make the furniture. Furnishi runs everything after the truck leaves.

Built for modular manufacturers who install through a network of outside partner firms and are tired of running that network on WhatsApp and a shared spreadsheet.

What changes in week one

Five things that stop happening.

"Where is my kitchen?" calls

The customer can see the stage, the assigned partner and the next date without ringing your coordinator. Your coordinator gets their morning back.

Sending customer details on WhatsApp

The partner gets a job in the system with a pincode and a product code. There is nothing to forward, so nothing leaks.

Snag disputes at month end

Every snag carries a photo, a video and a timestamp. The argument is settled by the record, not by whoever shouts.

Paying for work you cannot verify

Payout releases only after the order is closed and an L3 approver signs. Nothing gets paid on trust and a phone call.

Your team

Four internal roles, four different screens.

Furnishi ships with the role structure the business already uses, so nobody has to be told to ignore half the screen.

Factory Manager
Everything. Approves quotes, closes orders, releases payouts. L3.
Factory Coordinator
Production and scheduling. Sees face area and dates, not money.
Customer Coordinator
Owns the customer relationship. Sees identity, not factory area.
Source Coordinator
Handles the source firm or dealer. Sees the job, not the homeowner.
factory/dashboard
The manager’s dashboard — pipeline, ageing, snag rate and payout liability.

Straight answers

Common concerns.

Our partners are not tech people. Will they use it?

A work partner sees one list and seven fields. Their whole job in the app is: open my assigned order, upload photos, mark the snag fixed. It is deliberately smaller than a WhatsApp group.

We already have a spreadsheet that works.

Then loading it is the onboarding. We import your products, codes, locations and rate card as they are. The difference is that after import, six people can act on it at once without overwriting each other, and the partner-facing copy has the customer columns removed.

What happens to our existing open jobs?

They finish where they are. Furnishi starts with your next enquiry. There is no cutover weekend and no day where nobody knows which system is authoritative.

Can we keep our own rate card private from partners?

Yes. Quote value and snag cost are factory-only fields by default. A partner sees the work and their own payout, never what you charged the customer.

Who owns the data?

You do. Each factory is an isolated tenant. You can export every table you are entitled to at any time, and on termination we return a full export and delete on the schedule in the agreement.

Bring your spreadsheet to the demo.

We will load a slice of it live and show you your own orders in the panel.
