1 · Signing in
Your factory is tied to your account — you never pick it from a list.
- Open the sign-in page (login.php).Managers, coordinators and partner firms all use this one page.
- Enter your work email and password. In the demo, open the Demo tray and tap any role card — it fills the email and password for you.
- Press Sign in. You land straight in your factory's dashboard.
Signing out: the Sign out link sits at the bottom of the left sidebar and returns you to the sign-in page.
2 · Roles & what they see
Furnishi hides columns and actions by role, so a partner never sees a customer's name.
| Role | Who it is | Can do |
|---|---|---|
| FM Factory Manager | Runs the factory | Everything — create, confirm, close, resolve, record payments, edit settings. |
| CC Customer Coordinator | Handles customers | Views orders & service; no factory-area, read-only actions. |
| FC Factory Coordinator | On the shop floor | Views production columns; no money columns. |
| SC Source Coordinator | Feeds in leads | Limited view of enquiries & orders. |
| WP Work Partner | Installs on site | Sees 7 job fields — never the customer name. |
| SP Survey Partner | Measures the site | Sees 5 survey fields only. |
3 · Reading the screen
Every page has the same three parts.
Left sidebar
Your whole factory, grouped into Overview, Master data, Order pipeline, Service and Money & people. The number pill on each item is a live count (open enquiries, open snags, pending payments…).
Top bar & page
The top bar shows your factory name, its code, and who you're signed in as. Below it, each page opens with a title and a one-line summary, then the data. Click any table row to open its full detail.
4 · The pipeline at a glance
Every order walks this path. Learn it once and the menu makes sense.
Two side-paths branch off: an enquiry can be Cancelled instead of confirmed, and a completed Survey can be converted straight into a new enquiry. Complaints are raised against already-closed orders. Payments track money at every stage.
Dashboard
Your factory's pulse the moment you sign in.
Six tiles read left to right: Enquiries open, Orders in progress, Orders closed, Open snags, Payment pending (a rupee total) and Pipeline value. Under them, Latest enquiries lists what just came in, and Open orders by status shows where live orders are stuck.
- Scan the tiles for anything that needs attention — a rising snag count or a big pending figure.

Tips & FAQ
Why can't I see a button or column?
Your role decides what shows. Actions like create, confirm and close are Factory-Manager only; coordinators and partners get a read-only view of just their permitted columns.
Why won't an order close?
It still has open snags. Go to Snag List Open, resolve each one, then close the order.
Where did a record go after I acted on it?
It moved to the matching list — confirmed enquiries go to Order Open, resolved snags to Snag List Closed, settled payments to Payment Done, and so on. The sidebar counts update instantly.
How do I start a fresh order from a survey?
Complete the survey, open it, and press Convert → enquiry. A pre-filled enquiry is created for you.
