Not at all. This workshop is designed for complete beginners as well as existing practitioners. All asanas have modifications for every level.
Wear comfortable, stretchable clothing. A yoga mat will be provided. Avoid a heavy meal at least 2 hours before. Water is recommended.
The Yoga Protocol Instructor (YPI) course is a 4-month certification covering asana, pranayama, yoga philosophy, anatomy & physiology, and teaching methodology. Graduates receive a recognized certification to teach professionally.
